THE WORLD’S GAME COMES TO THE WORLD’S BOROUGH: NYNJ WORLD CUP 26 QUEENS GROUP STAGE HQ TO TRANSFORM QUEENS INTO A GLOBAL CELEBRATION OF SOCCER, MUSIC AND CULTURE

Queens, NY — The FIFA World Cup 2026™ New York New Jersey Host Committee (“NYNJ Host Committee”), announced today that free general admission reservations are now available via Ticketmaster for the NYNJ World Cup 26 Queens Group Stage HQ, taking place at the iconic USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center from June 11 through June 27, 2026.

As the world arrives in New York New Jersey for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, the NYNJ World Cup 26 Queens Group Stage HQ will transform into one of the region’s premier fan destinations during the tournament’s group stage. Fans from around the globe will gather side-by-side with local residents for live match broadcasts, performances, special appearances, local food and beverage offerings, immersive activations, and the unforgettable energy of the World Cup beyond the stadium walls. Built around the spirit of “The World’s Game in the World’s Borough,” the Queens Group Stage HQ will bring together fans from every corner of the globe to celebrate the beautiful game.

Throughout the tournament’s Group Stage, the venue will host more than 40 performances and appearances from globally recognized recording artists, DJs, creators, athletes, and hometown legends, including GRAMMY Award-winning singer songwriter and former youth soccer player Ella Mai, legendary New York rapper and producer Busta Rhymes, and more. From global music of all backgrounds, to cultural showcases and community-driven programming, the Queens Group Stage HQ will celebrate the diversity, creativity, and energy that define both the World’s Borough and the World Cup.

GRAMMY-award winning rap icon Nas will perform a headlining concert on Friday, June 12, co-sponsored by Resorts World Casino. Show attendance will require separately ticketed admission at special event pricing. Ticket on-sale information will be announced soon.

GRAMMY-award winning artist, producer, and composer Wyclef Jean will bring his Carnival experience to the stage at the Group Stage HQ, building on nearly 30 years of his seminal album ‘The Carnival.’ Wyclef’s longstanding hip-hop, reggae, Afro-Caribbean, country and disco crossover influences – and unwavering dedication to his Haitian culture – will blend the World Cup’s global reach and celebrations in the heart of Queens.

Additionally, Colombian urban superstar Blessd will partner with Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldinho to host the 2026 Si Sabe Fest, a groundbreaking celebrity soccer tournament rooted in community and street pickup culture. After past tournaments in Medellín and Miami, the Si Sabe Fest will make its return at the Group Stage HQ. The tournament sits at the intersection of music and sports, featuring celebrity 6 v 6 matches and live performances. Further details will be announced in the coming days.

Telemundo, the Official Spanish-language Broadcaster of the NYNJ Host Committee’s NYC Fan Events, will host daily on-site activations alongside brands including Levi’s, Resorts World Casino, Joby, Mexican-Caribbean Tourism, NYCFC and more.

General admission is free, but all guests are required to reserve a ticket via Ticketmaster.com in advance for entry. Fans can unlock reservations to any one of the dates using the code QUEENSHQ. Select VIP tickets will also be available for purchase soon.

“The FIFA World Cup is much bigger than the matches themselves. It’s culture, music, food, entertainment, and community all coming together in one place,” said Alex Lasry, CEO of the NYNJ Host Committee. “Queens is one of the most diverse places in the world, making it the perfect place for fans from every corner of the globe to experience the tournament together.”
