Reverend Bolívar Flores Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Sunrise Group of Companies, Strengthening His Leadership in Behavioral Healthcare
After more than eleven years of executive service at NJRC, Reverend Flores will now lead Sunrise’s integrated behavioral healthcare operations.

New Jersey — Reverend Bolívar Flores has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Sunrise Group of Companies, an integrated healthcare organization providing specialized behavioral health services, a nationally focused clinical laboratory, medication-assisted treatment programs, psychiatric services, and supportive housing for individuals living with mental illness.
This appointment marks a significant milestone in Reverend Flores’ distinguished career. After more than eleven years of dedicated service with the New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC), where he held senior executive leadership positions, including Chief of Staff, he now transitions to lead the operations of one of the region’s most comprehensive behavioral healthcare organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer, Reverend Flores will oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse portfolio of healthcare services dedicated to improving patient outcomes, expanding access to high-quality care, and advancing innovative models of integrated behavioral healthcare.
The Sunrise Group of Companies includes nationally focused clinical laboratory services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs for substance use disorders, outpatient psychiatric services, behavioral health programs, and supportive housing initiatives designed to serve individuals living with mental illness.
